Masaki Ebine was born in Tochigi Prefecture, Japan. Upon graduation from the Department of English at Dokkyo University in Saitama, he entered the retail industry. He studied at University of London and later earned an MBA in international business from Thunderbird School of Global Management in Arizona in 1993.
After returning to Japan, he worked for a US-based computer company for four years helping to establish a subsidiary in Tokyo. In 1997, he decided to relocate to the United States with his wife, whom he had met while studying at Thunderbird.
Ebine has acquired global leadership skills, sales skills and negotiation skills through his experiences in sales both in Japan and in the United States as well as by managing sales teams of multiple nationalities. After working for Japanese and U.S. companies, he established US-JAPAN CONSULTING in 2007. He is a resident of Los Angeles, California.
